$9000 plus 20% Service Charge, 4% SF Mandate Tax, 8.75% CA TAX
The Chapel wants to make every event a special and welcome experience. Therefore every effort will be made to allow the client to provide and install production elements reflecting their creative requirements. We ask that only the staff of The Chapel rearrange and move any furnishings, including tables, couches, seating and art. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items may be used to attach or affix anything to the building or surrounding structures or landscaping. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed and any wall damage will be billed to the client. No glitter or foil (non- paper) confetti is allowed on site unless previously agreed with the Director of Private Events.
CITY, COUNTY, STATE AND FEDERAL LAW
The client agrees to comply with all applicable city, county, State, and Federal laws and shall conduct no illegal act on the premises. This is a drug free and non-smoking facility at all times, no exceptions. CITY
The client shall not sell alcohol on premises at any time. Chapel reserves the right, in its exclusive discretion, to expel anyone who in its judgment is intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who shall in any manner do or participate in any act jeopardizing the rights, use permit, or insurability of The Chapel or the safety of its staff, guests, or building contents.
VENDORS AND EQUIPMENT REMOVAL
A representative of the Chapel will review the condition of the venue prior to your event. The client is required to return the space and property to the same condition in which it was delivered. Production elements, rented furniture and other vendor items left overnight must be collected and staged for pick up in a designated area. Pick up of these items may not occur before 11:00am and must be completed no later than 1:00pm. The Chapel assumes no responsibility for items left overnight.
